"The Second Date" is quest 5 out of 8 which you get from George during the "Breaking the Ice" quest line. It immediately follows the Break the Ice quest.

Have 5 Ice Chunks so you can craft an Ice Pick. Get Ice Chunks by clearing frozen items and banishing Gloom Yetis. |

Craft an Ice Pick to break George's Tool out of the ice! You can craft a Super Pick in the workshop. | |

Break George's Pick out of the ice it is encased in. You need to use an Ice Pick to break the icy shell encasing Geroge's Tool. |

- "There are probably more items frozen out in the Gloom. You should see if you can find them all!"
For completing this quest you will get 
500 Coins and 
10 XP. You will then be able to start the Third Base quest.
